x64 OS and 32bit Office 2013 Updates

How can I get Office 2013 32 bit updates to download and install with the x64 OS updates. If you run the updates manually on machine you see the Office updates but can not figure out where to set it up in the wsusoffline program to have them get downloaded and installed with the x64 OS updates

Should be working fine as wsusou detectes the OS and OFfice architecture independent from the othe one.
Just select your x64 OS and Office 2013 in your language.
