Hello
This is my 1st post
I heard about you from another website
I have Windows 7 x64 Ultimate on my laptops
It used to be I could scan, download and install 100-200 updates in less than 1 hour
Now, all that happens is my memory usage goes up to almost 2GB and CPU usage jumps to as high as 25%
Anyway I downloaded the software, did the scans and created both ISO and USB. It found more than 200 updates
Tried using the installer, it doesn't work stalls and I don't have the patience to wait because it used to be so easy to update
Tried to create a USB of ISO to install which is 2.5 GB approximately
Can someone help me PLEASE
Thank you
Mark

I'm sorry to say, but the slow update search isn't caused by wsusou. It's caused by MS by messing up the Windows Update catalog. It just got too big & contain too many superseding patches. wsusou tries to circumvent this by removing some supersedences (by installing a few updates using static definitions), but everything below 2 hours is a good time for Windows 7 at the moment (regardless of which program you use [wsusou, Windows Update, MBSA, ...]).
