I am new user of WSUS and I want to know if is possible "download and install only the July 2016 package of patches for Windows 7 and Office 2010" ?

I will apreciate so much the orientation that you could give to me,.. Thanks!!

Short: Download no, Install yes.

Downloaded patches are all valid (non-superseded) patches for the selected target OS. WSUSOU maintains a repository to target any possible patch level.
On the target OS, only patches that are missing will be installed.
