Win 7 64-bit update hung on KB2533623

It seems to have hung on "Installing ..\w61-x64\glb\Windows6.1-KB2533623-x64.msu". It has done nothing that I can see for the last 2 hours. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same issue on an Acer Aspire x1440 Win 7SP1 x64, will post logs shortly
