Updates complete but missing patches / SPs

Good day ladies and Gents

Shine a little light please...

My UpdateGenerator is set to download updates including Service packs. Run successful and client folder populates.

Try installing patches for computer with Office 2013, but almost nothing installed. When checking the client folder, I can see 02k13 with enu and glb folders, but there are only 5 files downloaded. Also no Service pack 1. I verified our WSUS server and there are a lot of Office 2013 patches for x86 and x64.
a Default excludelist is created on the client folder where I see a couple of kb's. See Office 2013 SP1 listed here, but I didn't edit anything.
I now also suspect a couple of patches and service packs will be missing or excluded on different systems for in the excludelist there is more kb's listed including IE7-11, Office service packs, server 2008 service packs ect.

Please help. I don't know where to look for this issue. I need to download and update ALL patches, service packs and software like .Net, IE, VC ect. Is the generic excludelist even used and why is it populated with entries if it is still supported by Microsoft?

First: Do you have Office C2R version (C2R=Click 2 Run)? WSUSOU can detect and update only classic (non C2R) installations. C2R uses a different system to update, unfortunately.

Second, the majority of Office updates is in the ./client/ofc directory. That's because MS does not differentiate between Office versions in their catalog at all. The ./client/ofc directory should be huge.

Third, if your Office is non-C2R, but a foreign language or 64bit, you must run special commands (all in the ./cmd subdirectory) for enabling support. Please read the FAQ (./doc/faq-enu.txt) or run them from a commandline window to learn, how.
