Client Installation

Hi
I use version 10.6.2 to download the Microsoft patches for windows 2008 R2 X64, do not need any office product. Download competed successfully. When I run the client on the computer I get error

21/04/2016 13:56:53.74 - Info: Medium does not support Microsoft Windows (w61 x64 enu)
21/04/2016 13:56:53.79 - Error: Medium neither supports your Windows nor your Office version
21/04/2016 13:56:53.82 - Info: Ending WSUS Offline Update

Any suggestion please?

Is there a folder .\client\w61-x64\glb?
Could you post two screenshots:
1) Settings of UpdateGenerator
2) The command line window telling you that your version of Windows is incompatible.
Please also check .\log\download.log for errors or warnings.

Thank you for your email. There is no folder w61-x64\glb. It is only W60.
It looks like the download did not work and I have the wrong image.
That would explain it.

"w60" (Windows NT 6.0) is Windows Vista, 32bit. You need to enable the "w61-x64" (Windows NT 6.1) target - Windows 7 64bit / Server 2008R2 64bit.
