Is there a way to get options for all versions of windows xp and later?

For Windows XP please use wsusou 9.2.1.
The start UpdateGenerator, select your platforms and exit UpdateGenerator.
In the "[Misc]" section of UpdateInstaller.ini add "skipsdd=Enabled".
Now run the download.
