Can WSUS Offline - actually "update" the "Update History"?

Now that I have reached the end of my rope with the "real" online Windows Update - I am turning to WSUS Offline for 5 machines. So far so good - but I am wondering why (or if it's even possible) for WSUS Offline to record what it DOES install so its history can be viewed via Windows Update-View Installed Updates.

While I love the concept of WSUS Offline and the wonderful control it offers - there is something to be said about being able to see what I have applied and when - and be able to view this audit trail through the standard "history" area provided by the OS.

Is it not possible for WSUS Offline to do it's thing and record what it has done - in the same way Windows Update would do it?

Sonic.

It's currently impossible to update the WUA history (stored somewhere in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution). But wsusou will update the "history" shown in Control Panel -> Programs & Features -> List installed updates (as this list gets updated, if you manually add packages).

Cool. Thanks!
