Missing Downloads

I have a list of downloads that are missing from my servers, and WSUS is not downloading them. I have manually downloaded the missing patches; is there a way to have them inserted during the update process? Thx!

Wer Rechtschreibfehler findet, darf sie behalten oder an den Meistbietenden versteigern. / Everybody finding a misspelling is allowed to keep or sell it.
