W10 - unsupported operating system language

I admit I'm a bit of a noob at wsus offline update,
This is my first time running wsus offline update since I updated from Windows 8.1 to 10. It worked just fine on 8.1
Now I get unsupported operating system language" whenever I try to run WSUS offline update.
I'd like some help to figure out why this happens.
any help?

So you are running wsusou on a Windows 10 computer now?
If yes: Di you use wsusou Version 10.0?; Is there a folder .\client\w100\glb or .\client\w100-x64\glb?

yep running windows 10 now.
running wsusou 10.0
it's w100-x64\glb, theres a couple of .cab files in there
I know this machine is 64-bits, I've got 32GB of RAM showing.

Then please run .\client\cmd\DetermineSystemProperties.vbs and post the content of %temp%\SetSystemsProperties.cmd in [code]-tags.

OK DetermineSystemProperties.vbs, would not run, nothing at all came up, no prompt or anything.

The cmd files I found there where SetSystemEnvVars.cmd and SetTempAdminSID.cmd

I've no idea what I did, but it's working fine now.
