I found a solution here for the Win 7 update problem (kb2532531):

Office 2010:
As I see the updater doesn't download the x64 files, so in the folder:

Did you use .\cmd\AddOffice2010x64Support.cmd to enable the x64 support?
If not please call it with your language as first parameter.
For the English version of o2k10:

Thanks, that cmd works.

1)
I installed manually the x64 version of "kb2956073" so the red line disappeared (see in my first post).
So I think this works as expected.

2)
Still can't finish this, always reinstalled even after reboot: (similar to kb2532531)

3)

Now the x86 version of this file is missing.
