downloaded updates not found

i downloaded update windows 8 x64 but after downloading 1200mb of pack from wsus nothing changes... The update not installed... how to find them

You did a download run to fill the repository. You need to at least do an installation run next, to actually install updates (see .\client dir). Usually WSUSOU is meant for updating machines different from the downloading one.
