How can I know if I'm updated?

Hello,
I just discovered your tool, and I think it's really amazing.
What I have been doing is scanning and downloading with UpdateGenerator with these settings:

After scanning I'm going to the "client" folder and running UpdateInstaller (the client folder is 5.8GB).
After restarting my computer, I used UpdateGenerator to scan for any further updates. Here is the log file:
Code: Select all

How can I know if I have any further updates to install? Windows update is still on a loop when I'm checking for updates...

UpdateGenerator downloads all updates independent from the updates installed on the computer.
For checking the installed updates, please take a look at C:\Windows\wsusofflineupdate.log orch search for updates using Windows Update.

If the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer does not report missing updates, WSUSOU did its job. Note these aren't all available updates, just the security ones.

In this case what is my indicator to know if I'm up to date? Should I run WSUSOU and execute the updates every day? every week?
The whole reason I start using it is because Windows Update is looping, and never give any results (still now)

What should I do?
Thanks

To check, if you are up to date (just security relevant patches), you can run wsusou's UpdateInstaller or the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyser. Both will show you, if there are any missing security updates.

When to run?
After every Patchday (second Tuesday of a month) or if an unplanned update was released (like Windows Update).
