I am trying to customize wsus offline updater so that it has all updates and not just the security patches. I have seen a few posts and attempted to do this. I think what was wrong is that the lists I have were out of date. Is there an easy way to obtain the ids and urls of the updates so I can include them . Thank you.

There is no "easy way" as Microsoft does not provide a complete update catalog with all updates.

To check, if it is complete, just search for updates using Windows Update after wsusou installed all updates. If Windows Update does not find any missing update, your list is complete. If not, you have to search for the update in the MS Download Center and find out the download link and add it to wsusou.
