thanks for this great software!
I have an USB key and downloaded upgrades for Win 7 32 and 64bit, and Win8 32 and 64 bit. All with ISO image option checked.

After I downloaded XP upgrade also, with ISO image.

Now I'm not interested in XP files. How can I delete in wsus all regarding XP??

At first, please deselect Windows XP in UpdateGenerator. Then just delete the folder .\client\wxp and its content.
Then delete all files inside .\client\md and rerun UpdateGenerator and start a download run.

If exsisting you can also delete the files .\iso\wsusoffline-wxp-*.* (in your case .\iso\wsusoffline-wxp-ita.* I think).
