Hi There
As the program mentions to update office 2013 we should check another office and office 2013 will be added automatically but I checked office 2010 and when I start downloaded updates it says "No missing update found. Nothing to do! Ending WSUS Offline update" but in windows update there are near 400MB update for office 2013.
What should I do?
Thanks

The Miscrosoft Update catalog doesn't contain updates for Office 2013 so nothing we could do here. They are either not criticial/security updates or M$ doesn't want to have them listed in this file.

The version with the correct error message isn't out yet. Following is the message in detail.

Microsoft does not support the catalog based, dynamic determination of Updates for Office 2013. Use custom static definitions.

Does this mean that Microsoft is changing the way that Office 2013 gets patched? I tried to Google this... but did not come up with anything that mentioned that Office 2013 differs from other versions of Office... in regards to being patched.

I did find some people mentioning that Office 2013 patches were not listed in wsusscn2.cab... I'm just wondering why... and what this means for the future.

Thanks!

Either MS will switch to a different WSUS generation (with a different catalog), or they might abandon the WSUS concept altogether and present future solutions using their MS Update Catalog (see my sig).
