We use LabTech and would like to automatically create a CSV file with the KBs that we wish not be installed on machines.

Has anyone played with automatically updating the excluded patch list in this way?

You may add th KB numbers to the file .\client\exclude\custom\ExcludeList.txt
If it does not exist, just create it.

Could you tell your management software just to write the KB number (only the number, no "KB") into that file?
