On the updates from the MS Securtiy Advisories list as below does not show up on my WSUSO updates.

Can someone please explain why?

I got this update manaully downloaded myself from the below link:

But does not show up on the installed updates in the WSUSO directory.

Because KB2749655 is not listed in package.xml (included in wsusscn2.cab)! Why not? Ask Microsoft.

Is there any way to modify the package to include the KB2749655 update?

Copy the file .\static\StaticDownloadLinks-w61-x86-glb.txt to .\static\custom and remove all links in the copy. Then paste your additional link and start download. The update should be downloaded this time.

Its not being downloaded. I did the this according to my print screen.

And from the attached filed called the Inside.Custom.Folder is the link I added here like this below. No other links as I removed those.

Could it be, that you forgot the CR/LF after the last entry in ...\static\custom\StaticDownloadLinks-w61-x86-glb.txt (in this case the only one]?
Other blank lines are not allowed!

harry wanted to say that there has to be a blank line at the end of the txt-file. Make sure that you did not remove it.

Everything you have already done is right.

The file should be in .\client\w61\glb

If it isn't look at .\log\download.log for error messages.

If you want to add links you have to do:

1. Create a file .\static\custom\StaticDownloadLinks-<OS>-<ARCH>-<LANG>.txt (here StaticDownloadLinks-w61-x86-glb.txt)
2. Put your download link into that file
3. Add a blank line after your link / yor links

http://iamadownloadlink (line 1)
http://i'mtoo (line 2)
(line 3)

It is very important to add a blank line after the links.
4. Start UpdateGenerator and start a download run
