What is the complete list of URLs required to allow this program to function as expected? Our network admin would like the list of URLs so he can let them pass through our proxy without requiring authentication.

If you want to, just download a trunk build from http://trac.wsusoffline.net and use the script "ExtractDownloadLinks-all.cmd" to list all links for all OSes and look which domains your admin needs to allow.

./xslt/ExtractUpdateFileIdsAndLocations.xsl is also to be extract from trunk.
