Tried several times to update. Does not download the Genuine Advantage Notification or the other windows updates which after downloading and running on computer then going to windows update site they are listed under high priority list. Ones that are not downloaded are .NET framework 3.5 SP1 update (KB82168) and another service pack ((KB963707). Another update for windows (kb970430) (B951978) On my first run I had the updater grab all .net frameworks box was checked. Any ideas why it is not grabbing these updates? I think the program is great and what I have been looking for as I own/run internet cafe. Thanks!

Only security related updates are downloaded and installed. Being high priority does not automatically mean security related. In Windows 7, for example, you'll get recommended updates masked as ''important'' as an option (which is enabled by default). Other updates (like MRT or EEA Browserchoice) are blacklisted in WSUSOffline, as they make no sense when installing a system offline.
Once WSUSOU is complete installing the patches, following reboot, it is then as safe as it can get to go online and let Windows Update install the remaining patches. WSUSOU is not meant to replace Windows Update!
