Something must have been wrong on your side as WOU is working for 99.9% of all other users. Hard to tell what's wrong without any information from the logfiles.
15.8 GB is way too much for a wxp+Office update download, it should have been around one GB for XP + up to 1.2 GB for Office.

Yeah, really useless... like your post :roll:
Sorry, but WSOU is working - believe us or not.
Maybe you did something wrong, maybe an other error occured.
We are no visionary, but if you give us more informations i'm sure that we can help you.

@Dennis
i'm loading Windows XP and 7 (32+64bit), Office 2003-2010, C++ and my folder has 5,2 GB, with ISO files ~12 GB.
Maybe he has created ISO files and then it could be, that his folder has ~16 GB.

I dislike unqualified bashing.
You didn't even try to describe what went wrong on your computer!
Since there are more than enough satisfied users, I must say: Go and find or develop a better tool!
Good luck.

Yeah it works about 99% of the time for me but occasionally the system still says it needs updates. Is there any kind of log or anything I can submit to the forum to help with this. By the way, love this tool!

You may find viewtopic.php?f=7&t=172 helpful for explanation.
