Well, it doesn't look like your system is missing them. WSUS Offline doesn't complain about them missing or installing them.
What do you mean by " are missing according to WSUS Offline" ?
I thought that would be clear. WSUS Offline logs a lot of updates that are missing in the repository, i.e. were not downloaded beforehand. Among them is a Servicing Stack Update and several Security-Only updates.
