Keeps getting stuck

I have a windows 7 32bit which need all the update but I can't install any of them because it keep getting stuck on listing ids of missing updates <please be patient this will take a while

I have left it on all day and nothing


Really need it fixed

Set Windows Update to "Never search for updates", reboot and try again.

i have tried to do that and still hang at the same place and i really need it fix plus i haven't been using the software that long and I'm just tired to get my head round it

Do you use WSUS Offline Update version 10.8? Did the update run install some prerequisite updates first, and was a reboot performed afterwards?

yes
it run some of the update like remote desktop connection update and net frames and then it gets stuck at the same point

if boot my laptop into safe mode it wont get stuck at that this point listing ids of missing update <please be patient this will take a while
I run this tool off the a network drive

Did WSUS Offline install KB3177467 and KB3172605? Or are they at least installed on the system? If they're not installed, the "Listing ids..." phase will take a very long time!
