Exclusions - how to do this?

Hi all. I'm new here, only just discovered the excellent WSUS Offline Updater.
I'm a retired PC builder and serviceman.

I've just run the WOU software (10.8) for the first time.
The machine is a spare W7 Ultimate 64bit laptop.
The base installation consists of my original (May 2011?) W7 SP1 plus 290 updates.
I built this DVD in February 2016 using NTLite.

WSUS Offline:
Yesterday I completed the Update Generator phase.
I didn't proceed with the Installation Phase because I want to control the updates that I add.
Telemetry for example. I don't want any of the W10 promotional files.

I'm sure this question has been asked many times, so my apologies.
How do I exclude the files I don't want?

wsusou does not contain any telemetry update as I'm writing this as they aren't included in wsusscn2.cab. It will (with a few exceptions such as WUA, IE11, ...) install only security updates. The new monthly rollups are worked on, so wsusou will just use the security only one instead of the full update.

Else please take a look at .\doc\faq-enu.txt, which describes how to exclude updates.
