WSUSOffline not working at all on 3 different PC's

I run a computer repair shop. We are trying to setup this tool because MS update is so slow, it can take days to update PC's.

I attempted to run this off a flash driver, and wasnt too successful, so I attempted to install it on our on premise server, and I cannot get it to work at all. Perhaps I'm missing something?

I have looked through the forum but havent found anything that works. I did try to pre-install the new UpdateAgent, and KB's ..2343,..7039,..8601,..4275,..9094,..4000 but that does not help either. On the flash drive, I get to "2 of 4 .. installing update w61-kb3138612-x64.msu..." and hangs. (this is on a core-2 laptop)

I have two AMD A10-7890K systems (new). I get to "listing ids of missing updates (please wait..)" .. and it hangs there. I let one run for about 10 hours.. never progressed.

I am new to this tools, so I admit I may be doing something wrong and hopefully its an easy fix. If I get this working, I will most certainly donate as it will save me a lot of time on new builds and reloads.

Have you tried the following:

Sounds like Windows Update is still running in the background thus preventing the Update installation. Please disable Windows update (set to "never search for Updates"), reboot and run our program again, installs should work now. You'll need to reboot several times and re-run the installer until it claims it has no more work to do. Re-enable Windowsupdate afterwards.

I also had this experience of stalling while listing ID's. I had already set Windows Update to never look for updates. In frustration I opened a command prompt with elevated permissions (start orb, type cmd into the run box, right click on cmd.exe in the list and select run as administrator) when the cmd box opened I typed 'net stop wuauserv' (without the quotes) then pressed enter. Once the service was stopped the listing completed and the updates eventually finished.

I used the above method once the service was stopped I restarted WSUS installer and it worked fine...weird

you say that you installed of a flash drive and from a network share. instead of that try copying the directory to the pc and try from there.

I have had problems in the past if it wasn't copied to the pc.

I use VMs to test new updates. they have slipstreamed updated till mid 2015. I don't seem to get any problem with those. maybe you can try that.
