hello,i got error 1726 remote procedure call what i do ? i running windows 10 x86 and i verified the cabs wsusscn2.cab and no errors and also my update cab no errors

Looks like your component store or a component accessing it is damaged. Please open an administrative cmd and run the following commands:

If it asks you to, reboot the computer between the steps and repeat the one asking you for the reboot.

sfc /scannow tells me that Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios. so what i do ?

Sounds like a damaged Windows installation. I'd recommend to reinstall or perform an "inplace upgrade" on that machine. You may upload the CBS.log of it somewhere, maybe we're able to find and fix the issue. I'm not sure, whether your image is damaged or just that machine, so I can't tell you, how to fix the offline image.
