Office 2016 detection failure

i have the error "medum neither...." with a build containing only the office updates. the updateinstaller doens't view my office 2016 version!
do i have to upload my updategenerator.ini and my log too?

First we have to take a look, if you have the full o2k16 (supported by wsusou) or the more popular click2run-version (not supported by default updating mechanisms including wsusou): Go to the control panel and select "Programs and Features2, select your Office 2016 installation and press "Uninstall". (DO NOT PERFORM THE UNINSTALLATION.) Then create a screenshot of the wizard appearing and attach it to your post.

yes, i have the click2run version, i didn't know it wasn't supported.
