wsus 10.2.1 update problem

ello evryone. At first i want to tell That i love wsus offline. First time i used IT 2 years ago. Last time about 1 years ago IT was version 9+. I didnt Have any big problems erlier like I have now with 10.2.1.
Downloading updates ok but instaling updates.... Ohhh its horror... I used restart option when instaling updates but this option didn't worked at all. When some updates hang on install for about 40 minutes so I restart computer, system start and wsus start automatic updating again and update which didn't installed for about 40 minutes now installed in few seconds. I had to do this same steps 4 times.
I observes that when update hang on install svchost .exe consume about 30% processor and 1.2gb ram.
When again install hang first on listing updates next time on installing some update and after waiting my 5 hours I decide to install Autopatcher... And... Everything works perfect at first time. So is someone have some problems install autopatcher like me. I will wait until some new version of wsus until I try it again.

EDIT> i didnt write what i was updating, i was updating only windows 7 x64
EDIT> after autopatcher install all updates i start WSUS and finally all work there perfect, WSUS detected not installed 39 updates and install them with no problem... so now i dont know what was wrong but updates installed by autopatcher repear my problems
