November windows 10 update

Just wondering what's happening regarding This as now all the updates in my windows 10 directory should be outdated and not required anymore as they should be included with the November update. Is this right or not ?

As MS still distributes updates for the 10240 build (e.g. the Enterprise LTSB), they are not outdated.
Wer Rechtschreibfehler findet, darf sie behalten oder an den Meistbietenden versteigern. / Everybody finding a misspelling is allowed to keep or sell it.
