What updates make my computer restart?

Hello everybody,

I am asking myself by which update the computer has to restart.
Is there somewhere a Microsoft site where by every KB, is also noted if the computer need to restart?

The is no list. On some KB-pages MS noted "Update requires reboot", but the most of them just say: "Update may require reboot".
