MS-14-057 & MS14-072 not downloaded but missing

Dear Admin,

I am using WSUS Offline v 9.5.1. and updating Windows Server 2008 SP2 64bit EN.
Update generator downloads updates for Windows Server 2008.
After installing the updates the install log file indicates:
Tue 01/13/2015 10:43:47.51 - Warning: Update kb2972106 (id: 7e7a0971-40c0-423d-aba3-38c92d0b6d1c) not found
Tue 01/13/2015 10:43:47.51 - Warning: Update kb2979575 (id: 9105d9b0-0899-4b30-9405-5a3fbfaf9c3f) not found
Tue 01/13/2015 10:43:47.51 - Warning: Update kb2978125 (id: 04d06672-6f41-4e34-94ce-b91f06aedfb4) not found

The update gerator log file does not indicate errors to download the above mentioned 3 updates, neither successfull download of them.
The above mentioned updates are not stored in the generated folder with downloaded updates.
WSUSoffline is using WSUSSCN2.CAB - 17.DEC.2014.
The MBSA scan reports that the 3 updates mentioned above are missing (scaning using online catalog).

Do you have any idea what are those security updates described by Security Bulletins not downloaded?
I can uploaded complete log files is neccesary.

The above mentioned 3 updates are detected when I try to update the machine directly using online Microsoft Update.

All three updates are for .NET Framework 4!
Are you sure to have marked the option "Include C++ Runtime Libraries and .NET Frameworks" while using UpdateGenerator.exe?

yes you are right.
I actually unchecked the option "Include C++ Runtime Libraries and .NET Frameworks" while using UpdateGenerator.exe.
That explains it.
