Win 7 64 pro & office 2013 query

Good day, I am new to this and can someone please advise and help.
I have downloaded all the necessary windows 7 and office files and it was some 3 GB.
I have installed all the updates etc and rebooted some 23 times or more but when I go to windows update it still shows some 12 updates ready to download and this totals some 1,8GB of updates still to do online. Does this mean the WSUS offline installation did not work? what is the reason for this and what am I doing wrong?
I have also now downloaded just the windows 7 pro files and also the office files separately and still the same problem.

Can someone please help as I want to install all these updates onto 3 new computer systems.

Which particular version of office 2013 pro/ Visio/ project?

also WOU doesn't include all the updates by default. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4182 check this topic to manually add updates for the versions you want
