I am trying to update an Windows 8.1 Update 1 system that already has update 1 but trting to update the system to the lastest update but getting "InstallWDDefs"

By resetting the machine, I right clicked and Run As Administrator and installed the updates ok, However! The InstallWDDefs still excites .
