Stops after installing Internet Explorer

Sorry if this has already been posted, I couldn't find a similar post with search.

I've been having an issue where wsusoffline stops running after installing internet explorer in windows 7.
I'm running it with 'Automatic Reboot and Recall', 'Show log file' and deselecting 'Verify installation packages'.

It installs internet explorer, reboots and the update installer cmd window does not open, and the log file does not display.
When I run it again with the same selections, except that of internet explorer since it has been installed, it runs normally with reboots and the log file opening when finished.

I have not seen this happen since installing 8.9
