I am trying to run WSUS Offline Update 10.9.2 In a previous thread I saw that to add

set TEMP=C:\tmp

to the initilizationHook.cmd file which I have. My user has full permissions to the c:\tmp folder on the computer. Everytime this particular computer tries to download updates it fails with the below. The wsusscn2.cab file works perfectly on another computer and I am able to download updates with it. But my main PC is not able to. Any suggestions? Both computers are Windows 10 Professional.

you can see it writing some files and then delete those files to the c:\tmp folder and all that is left afterwards is

You don't need that. The user/system TEMP directories usually work fine.

Those errors are usually the result of a security software interfering.
