Will WSUS OFFLINE download the new Windows Creators Update?

Hello!

No, it won't. Windows 10 Creator Release is an upgrade, i.e. a new installation of the OS. WSUS Offline Update only provides the security-related updates based on the currently installed Win10 installation. At this time these are the cumulative update packages (also quite oversized, could be a whole OS installation by their own).
