I need to download updates for a Windows 2012 server (not R2)
But it's greyed and to selecteble.

Is it not supported?

No.

Windows Server 2016 is the "server" edition of Windows 10 x64 with Anniversary Update (v1607 build 14393) = w100-x64
Windows Server 2012 (not R2) is the "server" edition of Windows 8.0 x64 = w62-x64

Microsoft continues to support Server 2012 until January 2023.
