Manual Updating

I think WSUS Offline is great and I understand the main purpose is to get the initial build patched and not all updates will be installed. My question; I have downloaded several updates from the official Microsoft Update Catalog web site "https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/DownloadInformation.aspx" and was wondering is there any way to incorporate them into "WSUS Offline"
manually to have them run within the program? Thx!

Sure this is possible. You may use the .\client\static\custom-folder for that. Please see .\doc\faq-enu.txt for a detailed howto. I'd suggest you to use wsusou for both (downloading and installing) to prevent possible file signature or integrity errors.

Thanks response but I'm not quite sure what you meant by using "wsusou"? If I paste the KB###### in the static text file would I then start the update/download again to incorporate the update? When I download from the "Microsoft Update Catalog"; this the file that I get <AMD64-all-windows6.1-kb3139914-x64_ad8a18b8aada73f20225d233444a578902508596.msu> can I use this file place it where you recommend it? Thx!

wsusou = WSUS Offline Update

You'd have to put the download link into .\static\custom\StaticDownloadLinks-w61-x64-glb.txt and the KB-number ("KB3139914" in this case) into .\client\static\custom\StaticUpdateIds-w61-x64.txt.

You'll get the download link by right clicking on "AMD64-all-windows6.1-kb3139914-x64_ad8a18b8aada73f20225d233444a578902508596.msu" on the Catalog page and choosing "Copy link" (free translation from German).
