I am not sure, but the downloader seems to be stuck at Downloading/validating update 2 of 5...
It has been there for about an hour. Is this normal or is there an issue with the download?

I would appreciate any help, please.

Is there any network activity (task manager)?
The files are very big, so it could take some time to download them (depending on the speed of your internet connection).
