Target volume does not support symbolic links

Have 'Copy updates for selected products into directory" checked and pointing to my e drive. 2TB HDD e:\updates. When all is said and done I get this:

Which file system do your source & target drive have?
Wer Rechtschreibfehler findet, darf sie behalten oder an den Meistbietenden versteigern. / Everybody finding a misspelling is allowed to keep or sell it.
