Does WSUS OU Download Exclude Tracking Updates + Others

Does WSUS OU exclude the tracking updates that Microsoft backported to Windows 7/8/8.1, or does it still download them? Also does it download the updates that disable the use of Safedisc/Securom(Can't remember which) in older versions of Windows?

If it does download said updates, how would I go about telling it not to download certain updates? And a related question, how would I tell it not to install certain downloaded KB updates in its database/ISO?

Those updates should not be security-critical, so WSUSOU does not download them. You can use the blacklists for the rest you want to block.
