The first time I ran wsusoffline it built the dvd ISO, When I ran it again to update it would not build the ISO image, moved the old ISO out of /ISO, still nothing,

Any Ideas Yes Build ISO is Checked ver 10.2

Please post a screenshot of the settings in UpdateGenerator.exe.
Then delete the file .\log\download.log, start a download run and post the content of .\log\download.log in [code]-tags.
