Looks like you aren't connected to the internet or .\bin\wget.exe is not able to access the servers listed here (please check your firewall/proxy server settings):

Hmmm, another sysinternal link problem. Maybe they mangled with the adress and certain countries may currently not access download.sysinternals.com

1)I can browse internet, then I think to be connected to the internet
2) I tried to add to the trusted sites of my firewall (Privatefirewall 7.0) the cited sites, but the issue persisted
3) Exiting my firewall solved the problem
