I have the following errors in cmd log during download process (application cannot find some txt-files, strings and package.cab file):

What's happening?

It looks like you don't have write permissions for the folder c:\windows\temp\ .

I think, it's rather unusual to use the Windows temp folder. It used to be the User's temp folder in the user profile. But then, I don't have any idea, how these folders are organized in Windows 10.

Can you, as a regular user, create any files in this directory?

For Windows Vista, 7 & 8 the temp location has moved again to within the AppData section of the User Profile, typically C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Temp (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp).

Using the same system (up2date Win 10 Core x64) I can confirm, that wsusou uses the user's temp-folder.

Did you ever use any "Run As SYSTEM"-utilities (to run programs as the NT-AUTHORITY\SYSTEM)?

After I installed Windows 10 I changed temp folder from default to "C:\Windows\Temp". Maybe you're right, and such problem is in the system permissions.
I'll try to change temp folder destination back and inform you about the results.

As Russian user, I didn't fully understand what you mean. I only launched UpdateGenerator.exe with administrator privileges.

Network traffic is active during the first hour (dowload speed 300-400 kB/s, monitoring via 3G USB-modem utility). After that, cmd status (see the last string in my previous post) is still the same but traffic doesn't pass.
WSUSOU v10.2 is very buggy.

I just checked all w100-x64 updates. All are downloadable and wsusou ran fine for me.
Please go to .\client\w100-64\glb and tell me, the file names of the file(s) inside.
