Cannot download updates. Error wsusscn2.cab

Hello,
I can't download updates with wsus offline 10.1
I receive warning and error messages :
04/10/2015 18:48:27,41 - Warning: Deleted unsigned file "E:\Wsusoffline\wsusoffline\client\wsus\wsusscn2.cab"
04/10/2015 18:48:27,89 - Error: File signature verification failure

i've downloaded and installed wsusoffline 10.1 on a clean pc and i've the same problem.
i've also downloaded wsussn2.cab file from microsoft servers and copied it into wsusoffline\client\wsus\ folder but it's the same problem

any idea ?
