I in my trunk-r664>trunk>static>custom I have some text files with updates in them, named correctly. Is it somehow possible to run an exe and create an iso and .exe-file with ONLY the updates in my static > custom folder?

Set "skipdynamic=Enabled" inside UpdateGenerator.ini under "[Miscellaneous]". Then wsusou will just create an ISO from your and wsusou's static files.
