WSUS Block to Down/Validating 70 of 38 Win 8.1

Hi, I launched the update download Windows 8.1 x64 but the program hangs on "Downloading/Validating 70 of 38 Win 8.1 x64 and does not continue.
How to solve this problem?

Please check, if there is some network activity using the task manager.
