where does ISO get saved??

So someone downloaded and the wsus zip file and run the update downloader from inside the zip archive without extracting the contents. Then after download and everything, he shut down and when he got home I checked his laptop and couldn't find any update file... Plz help..
I have checked the windows temp folder, its not there...
Did he make a mistake for not extracting the zip before running the app??

Always extract all files. Without extracting everything, important parts of wsusou are missing. If you extracted the complete zip, the ISOs will be saved in .\iso.
