Recently I encountered a warning when WOU attempted to download

Tue 10/29/2013 15:43:40.39 - Warning: Download of http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/B/4/8B42259F-5D70-43F4-AC2E-4B208FD8D66A/vcredist_x64.EXE failed

That is vcredist2005_x64.exe. I already had that in my client\cpp directory but when the download failed WOU removed the one it already downloaded way back when. I think you guys should change this so that if a download fails WOU will continue to use the existing vcredistYYYY_xXX.exe on disk if any.
