I am heving an issue downloading updates from the local wsus server.
I updated wsus url but still getting an error when trying to connect.

And why is it trying to download from Resolving download.wsusoffline.net... 81.3.27.18?

What am i missing?

I am able to download updates, but i think its getting it from microsoft.
Is tehre any way to force it to get it from local wsus only?

Even if the updates are pulled from your WSUS, some service and supplementary files must be downloaded from other places, still. The core of WSUSOU, the wsusscn2.cab catalog, for example, must be downloaded from Microsoft itself since it isn't present on your WSUS (WSUSOU fails to work without that file). The optional downloads aren't on your WSUS, either, but can be unselected.

It is not possible to run the downloader completely offline! The ''Offline'' only means the installer.

I can see that i got all updates from microsoft. Including IE 9 and 10.
I would like to make sure all updates are coming from local WSUS only.

Is it possible? I think there is a setting in some ini file?

Just add "wsusonly=Enabled" at the end of the file UpdateGenerator.ini
